不知道從什麼時候愛上臭豆腐和麻辣鴨血~
在高雄想吃的時候去夜市或江X記吃~
只是最近吃江x記的時候，
感覺沒有第一次來的好吃了~
福記臭豆腐-店內環境
店內外皆有座位~
人數多也不用怕沒辦法坐在一起，
內有廁所，
環境乾淨程度尚可~

👉價格上還算是可以接受~
鍋物稍微貴一些，(阿~~~時代不同啦~)
每次點清蒸臭豆腐就會想加上一份泡麵~
小可惜這家沒有~
不過配白飯也是絕配~
👉原味牛肉鍋(小辣)
辣度皆可以自行選擇~
我本身是吃微微微辣~~~
小辣個人覺得蠻好吃~
鍋內含豆腐、肉片、丸子、高麗菜、、金針菇和冬粉，用料算是豐富，
湯底好喝~
👉脆皮臭豆腐
我覺得還不夠臭啦~
但是外酥內軟、湯汁多汁
泡菜沒有特別酸，
把泡菜塞進臭豆腐，
一起吃，真的超滿足。

本編最愛~~~
除臭豆腐、中間還有絞肉塊
非油炸不會過於油膩~
湯汁鹹鹹甜甜、一小塊豆腐、絞肉和青蔥全部搭配白飯一起吃~
超級對味阿!
