🟠今天要來推薦的是在明誠路上的印度咖哩🍛
之前曾經看youtube上的影片自己做了一次印度咖哩
不知道是不是番茄醬加太多
咖哩都是帶有番茄酸酸的味道
所以說在吃這間阿德印度咖哩之前 我不是很清楚真正的印度咖哩是什麼味道
🟠最近上下班騎車經過時 都會不經意被它平淡無奇的招牌莫名吸引~
🟠當天是5/1勞動節的中午
早上在床上滑了兩下手機 不小心就到了午餐時間
這時胖維的家人突然說想吃印度咖哩
於是我就趁機提議了這間
阿德印度咖哩菜單
🟠菜單設計很清楚明瞭，
分類也讓我們可以找到想吃的
用餐環境▼
🟠走進店裡 可以看到兩排用餐區
兩側牆壁都掛著一些印度的畫作或裝飾
電視也播放著類似印度當地的ＭＶ
讓整間店感覺還蠻熱鬧的
滿滿的咖哩
🟠印度酸辣雞肉是唯一會辣的餐點，
吃兩口就會一直找水喝，
但是又辣的很過癮，
手會不停使喚去盛酸辣醬。
🟠瑪薩拉羊肉是胖維覺得整體口感最順口的，
咖哩的味道像是加了點番茄醬的印度香料，
帶有些酸鹹酸鹹的味道。
🟠當天家人吃素，
所以點了幾道蔬菜咖哩，
內容其實都蠻相似，
這一道花椰菜洋芋顧名思義，
大多是花椰菜，搭配四季豆、馬鈴薯、鷹嘴豆，
雖然是蔬菜口味，但每一道咖哩都有著獨特的香味，
不會讓我感覺都在吃同一種味道。
🟠烤餅的口味有5種，
這次點了原味、洋蔥和蒜味，
非常推推洋蔥和蒜味~
口感Ｑ彈 和咖哩搭配很適合，
且洋蔥口味清爽、烤餅脆又香~
根本不會想點白飯的阿~~
🟠因為家人想要多吃一點蔬菜
所以後來加點了這兩樣配菜
🟠第一道涼拌小黃瓜
口味酸酸甜甜，內容就是小黃瓜、洋蔥、馬鈴薯和甜椒的搭配~
吃完濃郁的咖哩後 來兩口 感覺非常爽口
🟠第二道涼拌優酪乳
吃第一口的當下會有點疑惑「醬料是不是用美乃滋調的？」
因為家人不喜歡吃熱量很高的美乃滋
所以問了店員醬料的內容物
原來是老闆獨家調配 貨真價實的優酪乳阿~~~~
其實我蠻喜歡甜甜的優酪乳
但是胖維拒絕進食任何一口
(他的口腔都是咖哩味 沒辦法再沾染其他味道了?)
🔶結語：雖然店內裝潢及店招牌乍看之下都無法吸引時下年輕人的眼球，但菜單上的咖哩幾乎抓住了我們的胃，非常推薦給大家有機會來品嘗看看！
