睽違已久的西堤阿~~~
上一次走進西堤，約莫已是我國中時候的事情，
印象國中的時候最喜歡和爸媽一起去吃西餐，
感覺就很貴很厲害。
這次再訪是因為胖維有票卷才跑來吃的，
選了一個平日的晚上用餐時間，
約六點半後，店內座位開始座滿約8成的客人，
今天來評價一下和我印象中西堤的餐點和服務~

開胃品
🔶開胃菜僅有此品項：鮮蝦時蔬佐晶凍●●●●●(5/5分)
盤子的左側是吃起來有百香果的酸甜的水晶凍
而盤子右邊的是兩隻小鮮蝦，搭配底部的咖哩優格醬，襯托蝦子的肉質、搭配蘆筍跟番茄時口感清爽，超級開胃的阿~~
沙拉
🔶沙拉總共有3個品項可以選~
胖維愛吃肉，點了牛肉火腿鮮蔬沙拉。
我則點了法式洋芋塔~~
🔶牛肉火腿鮮蔬沙拉：●●●●◐(4.5/5分)
重口味又愛吃肉的胖維給予這道前菜很高的評價，灑上起司粉的牛肉火腿片配上新鮮生菜，一口就上頭！吃到一半再加入特製的凱撒醬，讓本來就有90分的冷盤，瞬間逼近100分！
🔶法式洋芋塔：●●●○○(3/5分)
濃郁的馬鈴薯沙拉，點綴著黃芥末，吃起來味道有點衝突，但又讓我不禁想再多沾一口品嘗，吃起來飽足感很夠。
麵包
🔶焗烤蘑菇+方塊麵包：●●◐○○(2.5/5分)
濃縮版玉米濃湯的感覺，麵包外層沒有特別酥、整體吃起來軟，搭配蒜味的蘑菇醬，嗯..很飽，並沒有特別之處，建議可以外帶，因為實在太飽了。
湯品
🔸杏鮑菇南瓜濃湯：●●●○○(3/5分)
之前自己做的南瓜濃湯太濃稠、喝到很膩，但西堤的南瓜濃湯濃稠度適中、香濃滑順，湯裡有洋蔥、火腿、杏鮑菇，算是蠻值得的一道湯品。
🔸鮮蝦番茄蔬菜湯：●●●●○(4/5分)
光看名字胖維本來以為會是他愛的羅宋清堂，上菜時還失落了一下，殊不知原來蔬菜濃湯也這麼涮嘴，害我差點一口都沒喝到就被他喝完了！ 比起我面前的巧X濃湯，蔬菜湯喝起來感覺更暖而不膩，腦海裡彷彿出現在廚房用心熬湯的大廚，倍感幸福～

來西餐一定要點一個牛排~
原本想點西靈頓沙朗
但爬文後還是放棄了
本人非常怕雷~~
🔸原塊牛排：待評分(—/5分)
愛吃半熟蛋及半熟肉的胖維這次失手了！
溫馨提醒：當服務生告訴你不建議點五分熟時，不要嘴硬！因為五分熟的原塊牛肉，絕對跟你想像中的「切開軟嫩的牛肉，流出半熟的湯汁」不一樣！本次暫不評分，下次再點七分熟平反看看哈～
🔸法式香煎鴨胸：●●●●○(4/5分)
鴨皮香脆，一刀切下去肉質粉嫩，入口滑順、肉汁飽滿，撒上些許玫瑰鹽有不同的滋味，旁邊點綴的蔬菜口味較清淡、地瓜甜，大約吃了3/4後會有點膩，建議兩人用餐時可以點不同餐點，換著吃。
原本對鴨肉的印象是很硬、肉質柴，這次吃完整個改觀~
飲品

熱的時候可可味道還可以接受，冷掉後味道就變很稀。甜度低、上面少許碎片，但口感不明顯。
🔸拿鐵(熱)：●●◐○○(2.5/5分)
胖維表示：我就喝了一杯熱拿鐵。
🔸百香奶酪：●●●●○(4/5分)
濃郁的奶酪配上一酸甜的百香果醬，個人喜愛這道當飯後甜點。
🔸炙燒冰心水果泡芙：●●●◐○(3.5/5分)
上層甜甜的奶蓋配上一層焦糖脆脆的口感，泡芙外層是濕軟、內陷普通的奶油配上少許水果顆粒，吃起來算是及格
⭕️總結：吃西餐感覺還是吃氣氛和享受服務，喜歡一道接著一道上菜，吃到多樣又精緻的餐點，但吃到主餐的時候其實已經7分飽了，建議麵包、飲料、甜品都可以打包外帶，才不會到主餐沒辦法好好品嘗它的美味，偶爾來吃一次還是不錯的體驗～
