超級興奮的終於可以寫這一篇文章了
阿~~~~~~~尖叫5秒⚡️⚡️⚡️
在五專、大學的年紀，常常和桃園一群朋友從八德騎到中壢，
途中會看到一個餐車，散發著暖暖的光，
於是就有了 與無常拉麵的第一次邂逅~~~~
當年的小小的拉麵餐車 散發著強烈的日本職人感，連座位也很像日本街頭美食 小小擠擠的，感覺很溫馨，約莫六到八人座而已，然後旁邊的小空地就可以停著機車很方便。
在冬天、氣溫低的天氣，
候位等了15分鐘後才可以吃到一碗熱騰騰的拉麵（外加小小的但很美味的叉燒飯），
這時候就顯得特別溫暖，
忘了是何時，聽到他們要從餐車轉換成店面時，還很替他們開心～
每次回到桃園時，
都要來店面吃上一碗 看似平凡但卻不平凡的無常拉麵 確定還是那股熟悉的味道 才甘心回高雄。
🟡無常拉麵的店面位置在建國路上，
馬路不大條又常有大車，車位更是不好找，
這幾次我們開車來，找到最近的是金和路停車場或是附近巷子(但多為住家也不好停)
建議可以騎車來~
用餐須知
🔴目前疫情期間避免店內擁擠 內用與外帶都是要先填寫擺在外面桌上的候位單，
會有店員到門口協助測量體溫及噴酒精消毒，
並拿一張菜單給我們畫，然後叫號進去後再給店員即可。
無常拉麵菜單
🔴無常拉麵在路邊攤時期時，只有上面兩種拉麵口味，到店面後才增加了「辛口雞白湯拉麵」及「干貝海老雞白湯拉麵」
四種口味我們都品嘗過，
干貝海老雞白湯拉麵的湯底及用料是最豐盛的
吃了數吃的我們還是鍾愛鹽味雞白湯拉麵+叉燒飯組合，濃郁且滿足❤️
店內環境🔻
🔴店內共有12個座位，
有化妝室可使用，
餐具、水杯自取，
檯面上都有水壺可自行取用。

從以前餐車時期就是兩位並肩忙裡忙外~
到店面後多增加一個人力協助帶位、清潔整理
無常拉麵
🔴拉麵內容有附一片叉燒、兩片舒肥雞、洋蔥、半顆糖心蛋、玉米筍，配料豐富，別小看叉燒舒肥雞，肉嫩、多汁，一點都不馬虎，湯頭是我愛這碗拉麵最重要的原因，濃郁的雞湯湯底，放入檸檬、橘子片，清爽許多(阿~我真的很討厭油膩膩的湯頭)，旁邊還有附柚子胡椒~ 如果想轉換口味，可以依照座位前的「使用前公開說明書」，慢慢拌入～
🔴麵吃不夠的大家也不用擔心，還可以免費續一球麵🍜
🔴我們吃完後又多點了半球麵，真的很撐阿~
🔴叉燒飯是必點的品項啊!!!!
不得不說叉燒飯也是堪稱完美~
很多拉麵店必有的品項，
但常常吃到的不是叉燒太柴、飯太多肉太少，不然就是太油膩，
但無常的叉燒飯肉Q彈、汁多，淋上一點美乃滋一起火烤，配上洋蔥和蔥，比例剛剛好!!
🔶胖維都會刻意把飯省下來 拌進剩下的拉麵湯變湯泡飯做收尾～
🔶不知道是不是因為胖維拿著相機在拍攝，所以老闆已經偷偷記住他了，這次用餐時還有詢問我們是不是來過，對於能被「非常專注在食物上的職人」認出來是再開心不過的啦~
